Return and Refund Policy

At Alura, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in every piece you wear.

If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.

1. Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • With all original tags and packaging attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

2. Refunds

Cash Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 working days. Only eligible for defective or damaged products.

Store Credit: In cases of different return reasons, refunds will be given as store credit for future purchases.

Refunds will be processed within the 14-day window from the purchase date.

Please note that:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refund times may vary depending on your payment provider.
